Lindsay partners with GBD clients to find high-impact candidates. With a background in corporate banking and experience with tech companies like Eventbrite and Yelp, Lindsay’s collaboration skills and empathy have made her excellent at partnering with and coaching hiring managers. Always striving to understand the business with which she is working, Lindsay takes ownership of how each hire affects the company. She knows recruiting is a crucial arm of each company and encourages her clients to build strong teams with talent from a range of experiences and backgrounds.
Lindsay holds her B.A of Sociology. She lives in Tennessee with her husband and two children. When she's not recruiting, you can find Lindsay PRing on Peloton, watching a soccer match, or devouring a good beach read.
